We invite you for the reading by the Acclaimed Russian Poet

 

Friday, March 20.

Socializing with poet and dinner starts at 6 pm .
Poetry reading starts at 7:30 pm .

VERA PAVLOVA

Books by the poet Vera Pavlova will be available for sale and for autographs.

Vera Pavlova is one of Russia's best-known contemporary poets. An author of twelve poetry collections in Russian, she has recently had her English translated works published by The New Yorker.

A bilingual collection, translated by Steven Seymour, is expected to be published by Knopf in 2010. Pavlova is the winner of the Apollon Grigoriev Grand Prize (2001), as well as a number of other prestigious awards.
She lives in Moscow and New York.
